Community Navigator Worker
18.5 hours per week
Salary: £23,000 pro rata and dependant on experience
Contract: 12 months fixed term
We are looking for an experienced Youth Worker to support young people to improve emotional well-being and develop their resilience and coping strategies. Based with the Well Project you will work with a range of VCSE services and partners. You will be required to work 18.5 hours flexibly over the week in response to young people's needs.
This may include evening and weekends.
